Agility Digit is built for warehouse logistics first. Its unique body proportions, forward-leaning carrying posture, and narrow profile for aisle navigation create garment engineering challenges unlike any other platform.
Box-Carrying Posture
Digit spends most of its operating time carrying totes and boxes with a forward-leaning stance. Garments must accommodate this primary posture without riding up, bunching at the torso, or interfering with the grip zone. Our patterns are cut for the carrying position first.
Narrow Profile Navigation
Digit navigates warehouse aisles as narrow as 24 inches. Any garment bulk can cause collisions with shelving and inventory. We engineer ultra-slim silhouettes with zero-clearance side profiles, using compression-fit panels that add no width to the robot's footprint.
Manipulator Arm Clearance
