XPeng Iron Uniform

Industrial coveralls to hotel blazers. Uniform programs for the biggest humanoid in service.

Iron at Work

XPeng built Iron for heavy-duty commercial work. It handles logistics, manufacturing, and large-scale hospitality operations. In each of these roles, it needs purpose-built uniforms that survive the demands of the job and the platform.

Industrial Uniforms

Iron's primary market is industrial. Factory floors, warehouses, distribution centers. These environments require garments that protect the robot's exterior while withstanding constant physical contact with machinery, shelving, and product.

Our industrial line for Iron includes full coveralls, half-coveralls (waist-down), and reinforced work shirts. All use abrasion-resistant technical fabrics. Knee and elbow reinforcement is standard. High-visibility options available for environments that require them.

The 60-DOF spine articulation on Iron means industrial garments need flex panels along the entire back, not just at the shoulders. Our coverall pattern includes a continuous stretch panel from the collar to the waistband.

Warehouse Coverall

Full-body coverage. Zip front with magnetic storm flap. Reinforced at knees, elbows, shoulders, and hip contact points. Utility loops for tool attachment. Reflective piping optional.

Factory Work Shirt

Heavy-gauge technical cotton. Snap front closure. Rolled and bonded cuffs to prevent snagging. Available in navy, gray, and safety orange.

Hospitality Uniforms

Iron is increasingly deployed in large-scale hospitality operations in Asia and the Middle East. Convention centers, mega-hotels, and resort complexes use Iron for its carrying capacity and endurance.

Hospitality uniforms for Iron follow the same design principles as our other platform lines: match the house style, use magnetic closures, ensure sensor transparency. The difference is scale. Iron garments use 15% more fabric and require additional structural support to maintain a clean line on the larger frame.

Iron uniform programs include thermal management as standard. The platform's higher operating temperature requires active heat dissipation in every garment.

Fleet Programs

Iron deployments tend to be large. A typical warehouse operation runs 20 to 50 units. Our fleet pricing reflects these volumes, with significant per-unit reductions at scale. Each fleet program includes replacement scheduling, maintenance kits, and a dedicated account manager.

Ordering

Industrial uniforms for Iron start at EUR 1,800 per unit. Hospitality uniforms from EUR 3,200. Fleet quotes available within 48 hours of inquiry.

Frequently Asked Questions

What industrial uniforms are available for XPeng Iron?

Full coveralls, half-coveralls, and reinforced work shirts. All use abrasion-resistant fabrics with reinforced knees, elbows, and hip contact points. High-visibility options available.

How much do XPeng Iron uniforms cost?

Industrial uniforms start at EUR 1,800 per unit. Hospitality uniforms from EUR 3,200. Fleet pricing with volume discounts is available for orders of 10+ units.

Does XPeng Iron need thermal management in its uniforms?

Yes. Iron generates more surface heat than other commercial humanoids. All Iron garments include thermal management fabrics as standard, with heat-dissipating core yarns throughout.

Are high-visibility options available for Iron warehouse uniforms?

Yes. Safety yellow and safety orange panels with reflective piping are available for mixed human-robot warehouse environments. These meet standard industrial visibility requirements.

How does Iron's 60-DOF spine affect uniform construction?

Iron's spine has more articulation points than other platforms. Our coverall pattern includes a continuous stretch panel from collar to waistband to accommodate full spinal flexion during lifting and bending tasks.
