Every garment type for the Optimus platform, from boardroom suits to warehouse coveralls.
Tesla Optimus is the most widely deployed humanoid robot in commercial service. It works hotel lobbies in Dubai, retail floors in Tokyo, and corporate offices in New York. Each environment demands different clothing. We make all of it.
Optimus Gen 2 stands 173cm tall, weighs 57kg, and operates 40 degrees of freedom. Its torso houses the primary battery and computing stack, which generates consistent surface heat between 35 and 42 degrees Celsius during normal operation. The hands have 11 DOF each, capable of grasping objects but not fine manipulation like buttoning a shirt.
These specs define every pattern we cut. Sleeve length accounts for the wrist actuator housing. Trouser break sits above the ankle joint. Necklines clear the head rotation assembly by 15mm minimum.
Two-button and three-piece suits in technical wool. Tuxedos for event deployments. All use magnetic closures and sensor-transparent chest panels. Formal shirts with bonded plackets replace traditional button fronts.
Polos, chinos, and lightweight blazers. The polo collar is reinforced to prevent the limp fold that happens on standard cotton when stretched over the Optimus neck housing. Chinos use a flat-front construction with elastic waistband hidden under a traditional-looking closure.
Hotel, healthcare, retail, corporate, and security configurations. Each built for the specific wear patterns of that industry. Hotel uniforms prioritize stain resistance. Healthcare uniforms use antimicrobial treatments. Security uniforms include high-visibility options.
Warehouse coveralls, cleanroom suits, and outdoor weather protection. These are functional garments designed to protect the robot's exterior from industrial environments, not for appearance.
Fabrics sourced globally from France, Italy, and Japan, most custom made in-house by our couturiers in Paris.
There is no off-the-rack for robots. Each Optimus garment uses our proprietary platform pattern, calibrated to the Gen 2 frame geometry. Select Tesla Optimus in the configurator and the pattern loads automatically.
For fleets with units that have been in service for varying periods, we recommend a measurement verification. Actuator wear can shift joint positions by up to 4mm over 18 months of heavy use.
Individual garments start at EUR 2,400. Full wardrobe packages for a single unit start at EUR 12,000. Fleet uniform programs are quoted per unit with volume discounts starting at 10 robots.
Yes. Standard human clothing fails on Optimus due to actuator heat, joint geometry, and the inability to use traditional closures like buttons. Purpose-built robot clothing addresses all of these constraints.
Maison Roboto offers formal suits, business casual, industry-specific uniforms, and protective garments for Tesla Optimus. Each category uses platform-specific patterns and technical fabrics.
Individual garments start at EUR 2,400. Full wardrobe packages start at EUR 12,000. Fleet uniform programs offer volume pricing starting at 10 units.
Yes. Select Tesla Optimus as your platform in the configurator and the pattern adjusts automatically to the Gen 2 frame specifications.
Standard lead time is 4 weeks from order confirmation. Fleet orders of 20+ units may require 6 weeks. Rush production is available at a surcharge for single-unit orders.
