004 / XPENG ROBOTICS
The exposed spinal segments running down the back are a defining Iron design feature. Our standard approach is open-back construction — bias-cut yokes that reveal the spine while still providing structural integrity to the rest of the silhouette. Closed-back construction is available for clients who want a more conventional jacket read; both are routine.
The hex panels at shoulder, elbow, hip, and knee are a signature Iron visual. Conventional fashion covers them entirely, which loses the design language. Our Iron-specific patterns use cutout sleeve and trouser construction that frames the hex panels rather than hiding them.
At 178 cm and a sleeker frame, Iron accepts long-line silhouettes that would overwhelm shorter chassis. We use this proportionally — Iron pieces tend toward extended hems, fuller capes, and dramatic shoulder construction. The chassis carries scale that other platforms cannot.
Iron has an integrated sensor cluster at the upper chest plate that needs a clear window. We use our sensor-window lace in a hex motif that mirrors the joint covers, so the panel reads as part of the design language rather than a sensor accommodation.
Event Spectacle (the proportions carry dramatic pieces well), ICHOR for the rare collector commission, and Bespoke Singular for fashion-house collaborations. Iron is the platform we receive the most theatrical and runway-context briefs for.
