167cm. 30kg. The lightest humanoid needs the lightest garments.
1X NEO is half the weight of Tesla Optimus. That single fact changes everything about how you dress it. A standard technical wool blazer weighs 800 grams. On Optimus at 57kg, that is 1.4% of body weight. On NEO at 30kg, it is 2.7%. The proportional load doubles. Battery life shortens. Gait stability shifts.
NEO garments must be lightweight. Every pattern in our NEO library targets a total outfit weight under 500 grams. That means unstructured construction, no canvas, no shoulder padding, and fabrics under 200 grams per square meter.
NEO is slim. Narrower torso than Optimus or Figure 03. Longer proportioned limbs relative to body mass. Standard robot patterns swim on this frame. Our NEO patterns are built from the ground up for these proportions.
The result is a clean, modern silhouette. Garments sit close to the body without binding. The slim profile gives NEO a contemporary look that pairs well with minimalist environments: modern offices, design studios, high-end retail.
The most popular NEO garment. Weighs 180 grams. Front panel covers the chest sensor array with a single transparent mesh window. Back panel is open mesh for weight savings. Two magnetic snap closures at the shoulders. Dressing time: thirty seconds.
The vest works because NEO's slim frame looks good in minimal coverage. A full suit adds bulk that fights the silhouette. The vest preserves the clean lines.
Unstructured, single-button, cotton-synthetic blend. Weight: 320 grams. No canvas, no shoulder padding, no lining. The blazer drapes over NEO's narrow shoulders and follows the body. Looks like a casual Friday blazer on a slim human.
This garment suits co-working spaces, tech offices, and retail environments where formality is low but polish is expected.
For food service and cafe deployments. Weighs 140 grams. Ties at the waist magnetically. Full chest coverage with branding panel. The apron is the cheapest garment in the NEO line and the fastest to put on.
NEO's light frame rewards minimal garments. Our configurator flags garments over 500 grams when the NEO platform is selected and suggests lighter alternatives.
NEO generates less heat than Optimus. Its actuators are smaller and lower-torque. The thermal management demands are lighter. This opens up fabric options that heavier platforms cannot use.
Cotton blends work on NEO. Linen blends work in warm climates. These natural-fiber options breathe well and weigh less than technical wool. The tradeoff is durability: cotton wears faster than carbon-fiber yarn. For daily deployments, technical microfiber at 150gsm is the sweet spot between weight and lifespan.
Fabrics are sourced globally from France, Italy, and Japan, with most custom made in-house by our couturiers in Paris. NEO-specific microfiber is woven at our partner mill in Lyon.
NEO's primary sensor array sits on the chest. One concentrated zone, not the distributed layout of Figure 03 or the multi-panel layout of Optimus. Our NEO patterns use a single sensor-transparent window on the front chest panel. The window is 18cm wide and 12cm tall, large enough to cover the full array with margin.
Rear sensors are minimal on NEO. The back panel of most garments can be solid fabric without transparency concerns. This gives more design freedom on the back.

1X NEO stands 167cm and weighs 30kg. It is the slimmest humanoid platform on the market. Standard human clothing is far too wide. All NEO garments use platform-specific patterns with narrow torso, slim arm, and lightweight construction.
Heavy suits weigh NEO down and affect its gait and battery life. We use unstructured construction and lightweight fabrics under 200 grams per square meter. A full NEO outfit weighs under 500 grams total.
No. NEO's primary sensor array is centered on the chest cavity, different from Optimus's multi-zone layout. Our NEO patterns place a single large sensor-transparent panel on the chest rather than the distributed panels used for other platforms.
