Trade shows. Exhibitions. Launch parties. The outfit people photograph.
Every other vertical in this guide values subtlety. The uniform blends in. The robot looks like staff. Events are the opposite. The robot is the attraction. The outfit needs to stop traffic, generate photographs, and carry the brand across a crowded exhibition hall.
This is where we have the most fun.
Event outfits are photographed thousands of times in a single day. Phone cameras. DSLR. Video. The garment needs to look right from every angle, under harsh convention center lighting. Fabric that photographs as grey or washed-out under fluorescent light is rejected at the sample stage. We test all event fabrics under the lighting conditions typical of major trade shows: CES, MWC, GITEX, Web Summit.
Branded blazer or jacket in the company's colors. Large-format logo on the back. The robot stands at the booth, greets visitors, and poses for photos. The outfit is pure brand activation. Bold colors. High contrast. Clear logo placement. Fabrics with light sheen that catches stage lighting.
This is where we go formal. Tuxedo. Evening jacket. Bow tie (magnetic mount). Patent-look shoes covers. The Optimus dressed in black tie at a product launch is a showstopper. Our couturiers in Paris produce these to a standard that holds up next to human formalwear.
Full costume. Themed to the brand, the product, or the event. We have produced superhero-inspired outfits, retro-futurist suits, and custom character costumes. This category has no rules. The brief is the brand's imagination. We execute it on the Optimus frame.
We offer rental programs for single-event use. Rental includes delivery, fitting confirmation, and post-event pickup. For CES and GITEX season, book early.
Events have fixed dates. Deadlines are real. Standard event garments ship in 10-14 days from approved design. Fully custom commissions need at least 3 weeks. For CES, GITEX, and other major shows, we recommend starting 6-8 weeks out to allow time for revisions and fitting.
Event outfits face different stresses than daily-use uniforms. The robot stands, walks, poses, and interacts with hundreds of people per hour. The outfit is touched, grabbed, and brushed against constantly. We reinforce seams at the shoulders, chest, and arms where crowd contact is heaviest. Stain-resistant coating handles spilled drinks, which are inevitable at evening events.

Tell us the event, the date, and the look you want. We make it happen.
